I understand that, if approved, my organization will be invoiced a non-refundable $2,500 administrative fee for onsite affiliate events (this fee will be waived for one event or meeting for current NCSA sponsors and exhibitors). Offsite events are not subject to the $2,500 administrative fee and will not be invoiced; however, prior approval is still required.

Additionally, I acknowledge that all hotel-related costs for approved onsite events — including but not limited to room rental, catering, and audiovisual equipment — will be the sole responsibility of my organization listed above.
